How We Verify Every Job — InGulfJobs Verification Method
Anyone can copy a job advertisement onto a website. What makes InGulfJobs different is a checking method that every single listing must pass before it appears, and must keep passing while it stays here. This page explains that method honestly, including its limits.
Step 1 — We only collect from official, licensed sources
Every job on this site comes from a published advertisement by a licensed recruiter: an Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) approved demand in Pakistan, or a registered Recruiting Agent's demand in India. We do not accept anonymous ads, screenshots forwarded on WhatsApp, or jobs phoned in by sub-agents. If a job has no licensed recruiter behind it, it does not enter our system at all.
Step 2 — Two numbers must be present and must match
- The recruiter's licence number (OEP licence in Pakistan, eMigrate registration in India) — printed on the listing.
- The permission number for that exact job (BE&OE permission in Pakistan) — proving the government approved this specific demand, for this trade, for this country.
A real licence with a missing or mismatched permission is treated as a failed check: the job is not published. That is why both numbers appear on every job page, so you can repeat the check yourself free on beoe.gov.pk in two minutes. Want the worker's version, with screenshots-style steps? See how to verify a recruiter's licence.
Step 3 — Dates are checked, and expiry is honest
Every listing carries its dates: when it was posted, when its permission is valid until, and when the listing expires. When a listing passes its expiry date, it is marked EXPIRED in big letters, removed from search and category pages, and its page stops accepting applications. We never quietly extend a date to make a job look fresh.
What "Last verified" means
Each job page shows a "Last verified" date: the last day we re-checked that listing against its source advertisement and licence details. It is a real check date, not a decoration, and it is also the date we send to search engines in our sitemap.
What we do when something stops checking out
If a licence number or permission number no longer matches the official record, or a recruiter is reported for misuse, the listing is marked and removed while we re-check. If you find a problem, tell us the job title and permission number through our contact page and we will re-verify it against the official source.
Our limits, stated plainly
Verification means the recruiter is licensed and the demand was officially approved when we checked it. It cannot guarantee that a particular worker will be selected, and it never replaces your own check: always repeat the licence check yourself, always take a printed receipt for any payment, and never hand over your original passport before selection.
We never charge job seekers any fee, for listings, for verification, or for applying. That rule has no exceptions.
